Founder

Stephen founded Career Graph Consulting along with Mrs. Hemalatha to represent key portfolio of businesses related to the Human Resource Domain in 2008. A professional by experience with stints in organizations like Citibank, Tata Infomedia, Airtel & Blue dart, he always wanted to start his company that would have the vision to become a class consulting company with distinguished quality of services, impeccable in values and always friendly to communities.

HEMALATHA

Co Founder

Coming from a core process background from Tata Business Support Solutions and having firsthand experience in recruiting and leading teams, Hema co-founded the venture along with Stephen. Her years of experience in ITES sector have given a huge boos in understanding and delivering our client’s needs over the years with precision. Hema presently heads the operations at CGC, helping make work an everyday success.
